I've now had two (2) instances of no delivery over the last three (3) weeks. The most recent is that they advise the loading but it doesn't show up. I have tried to phone and along they pick up the phone the line is immediately disconnected without even a hello. This has been going on for almost two (2) hours. My delivery was promised last Friday and the last nite but still nothing. This was local to local. The first order was from overseas and from not being able to track/find the shipment they advise on the tracking system they've had it since July 26, 2021. It's now August 10. Your Australian operation is totally useless and not recommended.
