Delivered broken set

Good Afternoon I recently received my bedroom set to find out the frame of my bed has a huge crack on the frame as well as the lights do NOT work on the headboard. Im very disappointed in having received my brand new merchandise in this condition after waiting as long as I did for it. What will we be doing moving forward to replace this damage merchandise
