Paid for a wooden tray but delivered a cardboard tray, have been requesting for a return since the day it arrived they promise to have it picked up like 5 times, almost a month has passed so far no pick up no mails or calls from their end.. I think they are just trying to wait it out untill I give up... M never buying from pepperfry again.. such horrible service User's recommendation: Don't buy from pepperfry.
