There is words to express how I feel about Orbitz and American Airlines. The delays may me miss an important event of my life. I disappointed and will never ride American airlines again. I will continue to talk negative about the customer services and the amount of detail you give your customers on there flights. Little updates and little to late. Awful feeling orbitz and AA left with me. I feel horrible thanks you both of you. Plus you charge me extra. Insurance is crap and robs people for their money not really doing anything to help situation. User's recommendation: Never.
