Delayed baggage

Flew on Air Europa Madrid to Miami flight # UX97 on July 27 2021. One suitcase didn't arrive. After spending 3 hours !! at the Miami Airport searching for an Air Europa representative finally found one just walking around and she helped me by hand-writing a PIR lost baggage report. It is now 9 days later and I have received 0 communications from this Airline. I have been calling their Madrid baggage office every day, however all they can say is that the bag was found at Madrid Airport. They have no idea when it will be delivered to me in Miami.and show 0 willingness to help. And as far as compensation, if I send them all the receipts from the items i purchased over these 9 days, they will send me a 100euro travel voucher good towards my next flight!. Can you imagine such low-class behavior ? Madrid delayed/lost luggage office User's recommendation: Think twice before you book a flight with Air Europa.
