Delay in sorting out changes to my order

Update by user Jul 12, 2021 Another day closer to wedding and still no update on my order from customer service despite emails and adding review to website Original review posted by user Jul 11, 2021 Ordered and paid for a dress for a wedding to the value of £180, following order request the bride has asked that no guests wear white. The bottom of the dress I ordered was white so I contacted the company to ask if I could change the bottom of the dress to black. My request was made within 72-120 hours as stated on order. I have been told the changes can be made for an additional 20%. The wedding is in 3 weeks and I have no resolution. Very frustrating as the dress looks beautiful on the model wear User's recommendation: Be prepared the company take ages to reply to emails and don’t respond to phone messages. I am yet to have a satisfactory resolution but hope to resolve ASAP.
