Delay in processing auto accident claim

The company took a week to decide if the trucker that destroyed my Corolla was on duty or not, and to give me an adjuster's name and phone number. He never answers his phone and it takes him a week or more to answer my voice mails. It took them two weeks to get me a rental. The service has been horrendous and now they are low balling me on what to give me for my car. I need to buy another car and cannot commit until this company finishes my claim. Accident happened a month ago. User's recommendation: hope you never have to deal with them!
