Delay in delivery more than 2 months

ARAMAX AWB # [protected] AND [protected]. These two shipments were reached Riyadh airport on 30 Jun'21. Aramex asked us to provide copy of CR, Invoice and AL number. we provided these documents on first week of July'21. as of today, these two shipments are not cleared and delivered by ARAMEX. we call everyday, we sent several requests/complaints but no positive/official response from ARAMEX staff in Riyadh. what i need to do to get my items. is there any number in USA where i can complaint about ARAMEX services? i always received an email after submitting this form that someone will contact me but since two months no one contact us. Please advise? it is getting frustrated.
