Delay in attending the calls and delivery.

For my credit card delivery Fetchr had contacted me on 14th July 2019 at 9.16 am. unfortunately the line got disconnected. I had called back the same customer care no. and was holding for 30 minutes without any response. This is not the first time it happened to me. If you want to exist in this market,you should have professional approach to your customers. Wasting 30 minutes in a busy working day,it is ridiculous. The important part is they never bothered to call me back. Williams. 052911****
