Delay for subshidy and Credited extra amount in my loan ac

Hi my name Krishna mule from satara Maharashtra Pnb bank sectioned rs 12 lakh loan on paper but actually credited rs 10 lakh in my loan ac. Pnb bank get rs.5,20000 from DIC ( jilla udyog kendra) ,in such condition i have to get only 3.75000 subsidy but bank transfer rs 4,20000 in my loan ac. My case in satara jurisdiction from 3 years in process but bank cant give me justice.
