Delay and delayyyyyy

Went to tai seng branch, sales assistant BENSON was quick to sell us our tv console and wanted to add on all sorts of furniture for us (thank god we stick to only tv console). Supposed to receive the order in May, delivery came with defects. BENSON very kindly disregarded our WhatsApp messages and NEVER fill us in with any updates. Called the company twice and JUST (on 28th JULY) receive a call from the logistic to discuss on the rectification of the defects. Think twice before you place your orders with them.
