Aside from severely limiting the customer service hours they have made it difficult to do an even exchange. I was recently on the phone for 40 minutes to simply exchange an item for a different size. Their reason for this painful process? The pandemic. Don't they have software to handle this? Did their software contract COVID? It never used to be this difficult. User's recommendation: Be prepared for a painful process if you have to exchange an item.
