defy stove

Me and my fiancé bought a defy stove about +-2 years ago at furnmart in springbok, northern cape. Reported a fault and defy came, just before lock down, left and never came back. A month ago I went to furnmart again to find out about it and they said to log a new call. Up until now, nothing has happened. The door's of the stove does not close completely and the light is dead and the thermostat, which regulates the temperature, is also at fault.
