I purchased a Defy DMF470 freezer on 2021-06-13. It was delivered yesterday. This freezer does not have any "feet"/castor wheels on the right hand side. So you cannot adjust anything to stabilise the freezer. It wobbles and also the steel plate it has on that side will damage your tiles if you move this to clean underneath. Makro tells me they have had numerous clients complain about the same thing and have relayed the problem to Defy but has had no resolution to the problem. (However, they keep selling it.) According to them this is how it is supposed to be. Defy sends you from one end to the other and the "manager" you are supposed to speak to is just not available.
