The belt on my Defy air bubble technology model DTL 137 washing machine has broken. I have been referred to numerous agents of Defy but not one of them has stock of this belt and they cannot tell me when they will have stock. surely such an important everyday item should be able to be sourced from a different supplier/manufacturer. Can Defy South Africa Advise on alternative parts suppliers as my washing machine cannot be used because of the unavailability of a belt.
