I have put up a notice not to leave packages on top of outdoor apartment mail box because it is very visible and they get stolen. I have had 3 different deliveries each time they leave on top of the boxes next to the sign. I was expecting a package today so I added a second "Ontrac do not leave package here. They left package right next to my note! How can I get the delivery drivers to fix this problem since they don't care about my notes this is the only delivery service that does this?
