Defects

I bought 3 Columbia shoes in 2017, one from New York on February 2017, one from Tokyo, Japan on October 2017 and one from an Outlet store located on San Diego-Los Angeles highway. All shoes were torn on the sides where flexible material was pressed. I do not think I will buy any more shoes from Columbia, and I never recommend anybody. I leave in Istanbul, Turkey anc there is no responsible person to claim anything. Regards, Aydin Atalay
