Defective washer that I purchased at Economax

I received 5 appliances on friday, August 24/2018 from economax delivery and despite seeing a dent in the fridge and scrapes on my washing machine, after setting up the washer it's not functioning. It's defective and we aren't able to clean our clothes, etc. My husband and i have been trying to get solution from economax and they are not helpful at all. They gave us a number to contact a technician and will not exchange or refund us for this washer. The technician isn't available to check the appliance until next Tuesday September 4!!!!! As a customer, this is indeed the most unprofessional people I've encountered. To add fuel to the fire, the store manager at Lasalle store name is Steve Mareno who was very arrogant during a phone call I had with him today, August 29/2018. He refused to listen to my complaint and just kept telling me what "he knows " about the machine and I'm not convinced since I'm the one that has a dysfunctional washer! He kept saying I'm cutting him off but he refused to answer my questions and just repeated what he knows and I hung up the phone. The manager doesn't know how to serve a customer and has no compassion. I've lost $800 ...
