I HAD PURCHASED A PAIR OF REEBOK SHOES, AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTHS SHOE UPPER WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED, ON REPORTING TO THE DEALER, I WS TOLD THAT THE GOODS SOLD UNDER THE DISCOUNT SCHEME ARE NOT UNDER GUARANTEE. HOWEVER, REEEBOK HAD SOLD THE GOODS TO US BY REDUCING THE PRICE AND NOT BY STATING THAT SECONDS SALE. SO THE CUSTOMER EXPECTS A 1ST QUALITY PRODUCT AT A DISCOUNTED RATES. I HAVE RETURNED MY SHOES TO THE DEALER BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. REEBOK HAS REJECTED SAYING THAT IT HAS BARRD BY GUARANTEE PERIOD.
