This is a BIG waste of Money, Extremely difficult to get a claim paid. EMMA my claims rep was extremely rude and nasty; when asked about their guidlines, told me not to use their service… SMH.. Shipsurance Will deny your claim if you have a logo on the box or logo on the packing tape. This is a total joke as every company now has branding on the packaging. Shipsurance is a scam and will do anything to not play your claim. User’s recommendation: Do not use shipsurance!

I recently filed a claim on an item which I sold online. It was slightly damaged during shipping. The paperwork was processed quickly and the claim was paid within a week. I know I will for sure continue to purchase insurance from them. Excellent service and fair rate. Where else should I go?
