Defective mattresd

Mattress firm came out on Monday 9/14/2020 to pickup the defective mattress. My mother who is 90 years old will be charged a 20% restock fee, plus $99 pickup fee. The issue I have is that it the mattresses keep sinking in the middle and my mother isn't over weight to cause that to happen. Why is my mother being charged for a defective mattresses instead of being fully reimbursed her money. I can not seen a picture because it only happens when she gets in the bed. I spoken to a store clerk and she informed me that the store receives complaints everyday from customers about the same mattress that they to have ordered online. I believe my mother should be fully reimbursed all of her money. User's recommendation: Go into the store to purchase, not online.
