Update since writing my first complaint, nothing has been done Ashley Furniture is A joke, They sent out a technician, all he did was take pictures, He had the audacity to, To ask me could he stand on my bed, and he also asked to stand on my headboard, He didnt come to do any work, how come he didnt bring a ladder, then he sat his nasty germ infested phone on my pillow, Were dealing with a pandemic , They should send a new headboard, beware!!! Do not buy furniture from Ashley Furniture, Go to local furniture store User's recommendation: Stay Away from Ashley Furniture!!!!
