Defective halogenator and horrible customer service!!

I purchased a two person sauna in November and after only two months of use the halogenater broke. We sent it back to the company under the full warranty. It's been two months we haven't received another one in replace of. Rick has from the beginning been rude and condescending in his responses from the purchase of the sauna to the replacement of the halogenator. I would not recommend them due to their rude and horrible customer service alone! User's recommendation: Do not purchase from them!!
