Defective burners

I bought a Master Forge BBQ from Lowes formerly known as Ro-na 4 years ago. I tried to run my BBQ at the beginning of the summer but the flames would only come out about half way through each burner. I contacted a company to come and repair the BBQ but they do not cover my area. I checked the condition of the burners to the best of my knowledge and found that they were rusty and one was even broken on the left side. I knew from my neighborhood that there could be a warranty on this type of breakage or premature deterioration. Could you tell me if the replacement of the 4 gas burners can be covered by the warranty and if so, how to go about getting new ones. Thank you in advance.
