My bullet is only a month old and it started to emit smoke from the bottom this am with routine usage. And no ...the bottom was not encumbered and was on the counter top plugged into an outlet that was used with other small appliances with no issues. Have been a bullet owner previous years for many years. First time this has ever happened. Can't get through customer service to report. User's recommendation: DO NOT leave bullet unattended when in use.
