I have never had such bad services with any online money Institution such as this one. I have important bill money in my account and the bank is declining all of my transactions. I am now behind on my bills due to this situation. Nobody in customer service has tried to help me resolve the issue and when I call It says 30 minute wait then I get disconnected. I am losing time and money over this and becoming worried about how I'm going to take care of my buisness. User's recommendation: Do not recommend this institution. I've lost over $1000 that was unauthorized charges that they denied my dispute with.
