Declaration of legal intent in regards to refund still not issued

I am writing to you today regarding my booking that still hasnt been refunded despite multiple attempts to contact you. In this regard, - I had tried to cancel the booking through the app 1 week prior to departure, but this was impossible and I was prompted to call customer service. - When I called customer service (one week prior to departure), I was told that my request couldnt be processed because Trainline Europe was responsible for it and not Trainline UK. I was then told that there was no number to call Trainline Europe and that I needed to use the contact form online. - I sent 2 emails through the contact form and never received a response. I have screenshots of these as proof. All of these tickets having been sold to me as refundable, it is now clear that Trainline owes me £268.38. I would like my request to be processed and responded to in the shortest time possible or I will be considering taking legal action against Trainline UK (the seller). Regards, com User's recommendation: Never buy train tickets for outside the UK with Trainline. You won’t be able to reach customer service if there is a problem.
