Update by user Aug 01, 2021 MATTRESSFIRM said they can do nothing, and told me to contact the manufacturer, Beautyrest. Beatyrest-Simmons said they can do nothing contact Mattressfirm. No resolution. Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2021 Sold a shoddy mattress by MATTRESS FIRM. They will not accept a return and said the manufacturer is responsible. BEAUTYREST/Simmons said MATTRESS FIRM IS responsible. So the companies have colluded to defraud customers. I paid over a thousand dollars. There is no redress. I am still under Warranty, Apparently that has no meaning. Beware of doing business with either company . User's recommendation: Avoid MATRESSFIRM and BEAUTYREST and Simmons.
