On February 21,2014 My daughter was walking to the store when the neighbor dog ran up on her as they watched My daughter started yelling telling them to get there dog and the neighbor daughter stated that he was not going to *** the neighbor lied to police and said that the dog was on a leash which it was not.The building manager Beth Tod is also negligent.I tried contacting her several times the night it all happened and she just ignored My calls.The neighbor was not charged with anything officer David Tremblee lied and told me that the party would be charged with endangerment which never happened someone needs to take the blame for what has happened.
