Dangerous floor

We had Stanley Steamer out several months ago to clean and seal our kitchen floor tile since then my wife and I have slipped today my wife slipped and fell hit her head she already has neck problems.I suspect the floor was sealed with silicone REALLY bad idea.I would NOT recommend Stanley Steamer and yes I am a pissed off customer!!!
