Damaged sofa

Hi we placed a order for Melrose Sofa[indigo] in March. We received after long wait a damaged Sofa. we asked the delivery guys to take back as we want a replacement for this sofa even before putting inside. The delivery guys refused to take back the sofa and left the sofa in our house. We need assistance on this ASAP. After a long wait.. this is very sad we received a damaged piece. Appreciate your response at the earliest. Thanks User's recommendation: all good, VCF team taken care off, going to give replacement.
