Just got the product. Put it together and had it mounted on my deck to secure the umbrella. Opened umbrella. 3 days later the umbrella was closed. Tried to open and it did not open. My husband looked under the closed umbrella and noticed the connector rope was broken. Please advise as a significant amount of money was spent on Groupon for this item. The merchandise was the 10 feet patio offset hanging umbrella. User's recommendation: Not to purchase as it is difficult to get in touch with customer service.
