Damaged Goods sent and not resolved

A 4.6 cubic ft RCA refrigerator order number 3187****. Was sent via UPS and arrived with two noticeable dents in the door. Replacement requested but still waiting for response from NEWEGG. I sent Package pAvoid lihotos and Fridge photos of damage but their website always goes "whoops sorry something went wrong we didn't get that". I'm sure this is deliberate by what I'm now reading about this company
