Damaged Boards

Purchased my boards on a Monday and received them super speedy on Wednesday same week. But, they were damaged. I filled out a damage report and followed up with a phone call and spoke to a nice gentleman who said someone else will get back to me. That someone is Isaac, I have been waiting for him to reach out to me so I can receive my new boards and return the damaged ones. I called them again and after an hour on hold I reached another car who told me the same thing. I have to wait for Isaac, it is amazing that I can order, pay, and receive shipment across country faster than a call back from Isaac. At this point I would prefer a refund and buy from another company. Horrible customer experience, and you would think during this time of Covid that companies would be increasing their customer care. Guess not here. They were super quick to take my money. User's recommendation: Stay away unless you have all the time in the world for someone to get back to you.
