Customer support – billing unauthorized charges

The level of customer support from vonage is at an all time low. Customer support is no longer available via telephone. We require telephone support including both principles to resolve several technical issues. Past attempts at resolving problems via telephone individually (when telephone assistance was available with a live person and not a robot) and/or chats individually, that escalated to supervisors resulted in no results, additional charges, and added service problems. Now we pay more for services that are not available. Now we have no access to customer service via telephone to help us Resolve our phone services that do not work. Our latest chat ended with the supervisor disconnecting us.
