Called on Friday to have power suspended temporally to replace a main circuit breaker. on Saturday. I was not informed that they don't do this service on the weekends. I traveled one and a half hours to be at my house with an electrician for service. That weekend no service should be told to the customer when appointment is made. That is the main complaint that I know should be told to the customer. I was also charged a service fee. User's recommendation: Ask about what happens on weekends for service.
