Started in May 2021, Long story short, two accounts that I set up with them 5 years ago, one for me and one for my uncle. Sept 3rd - Tried to close uncle's account (Robert Morris since he is in nursing home, told me to send a POA, I didn't have his account number since it was all done via the phone and so I set up account on-line for me(Tina Whitehead) and sent the POA there while I was on the phone with NTTA, she received and said it had to be authorized first and to give them a couple of days. 9/17 Called today and they have now changed my account to my uncle's name and said I had to submit a name change on account and they still cannot talk to me regarding my uncle's account. It is just getting worse and I am getting no where with anyone you are welcome to call me [protected]
