Customer Service?? What a JOKE!!!
We received our furniture on Sat 9/4. Thank God on the day of the delivery we discovered that the motor in one of the chairs was not working. If it was discovered after the driver left we would have been stuck with a recliner that didn't recline. Hilarious right?? The entertainment center that we purchased was delivered to us with a big crack on the inside of the drawer that I'm pretty sure was there before they even left the warehouse. Given the response we've gotten from there so called CS ( I can't even say the words) dept regarding this issue they probably thought that we would never see it until it was too late. That's exactly what happened. This piece is sitting in the same spot that the driver set it. As we weren't quite ready to put it to use. Four days after delivery we saw the defect. Their response was "Since the issue wasn't found when we delivered it, we don't know exactly what happened... so too bad so sad." When i asked to speak to a supervisor the representative kept asking "why do you need to speak to a supervisor? Speak to a supervisor in regards to what?" *** So, I've been speaking to you for an hour and you don't know what this is in regards to??? One star is too good of a rating for them. The entire company gets ZERO stars from me. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM STAR FURNITURE. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!
