Customer service terrible Reno Tahoe national airport reserved a car through priceline pre-paid for national Rent-A-Car went to service counter where I was rudely treated by a representative where he actually threw my license and credit card back at me to go into all the details would take too long in writing I called the national Rent-A-Car office headquarters and havent received a call back the reference number she gave me was 3666**** and still I havent heard anything back if youd like to keep your customers you can call me back at 805-905-**** or email me at rcbc3301@***.com I feel like I was discriminated against buy one of your employees it amazes me a company thats going through bankruptcy would treat their customers so badly thanks goodbye User's recommendation: Don’t use hertz Rent-A-Car until they improve their customer relations.
