I signed up for a Obama phone in Riverside ..Rubidoux/ Jurupa Valley are in the stater Bros. Parking lot on Mission Blvd. The Rep. Jorge Cortez Jr. Charged me $50 for a LG phone upgrade when the phone was only supposed to be $40. I found that out because I received a text from Access with a Thank U message for my upgrade purchase of $50.. I called Access and they emailed me stating For me to go to the rep. Myself and get my money back on my own they cant do anything User's recommendation: Check phone upgrade prices yourself online b4 purchase ???
