I was locked out of my account while posting a garment 2 days ago. Just in the middle of it pop up window came up with suggestion to contact customer service, after that I could't do anything and ALL my 203 postings have disappeared. I can't do anything and I have 4 items that were sold and I have to mail them. I sent countless emails but the ONLY reply I got was to check automatic questions on site and to take care. It was such a joke. They don't have a phone number and they just won't answer emails. It's ridiculous. The service isn't free, Poshmark takes 20% of the sale. I stopped receiving any correspondence from them and on top I have $150 on the account. I am very disappointed with such a low treatment of a client who sold over $500 in 1 month...just ignoring me doesn't solve any problem.
