Really disappointed, AcuRite has been around for a long time and I have purchased many units from them over the years however there is no way to reach them say for a "chat" line that all you do is wait and wait on line as if nothing else exists. We purchased a Weather Station 02022/02027 on Thursday 8/16, from Home Depot, upon opening the box it contained the main unit and remote, the instruction manual calls for a Plug-in-Adapter to power the unit, it was not in the box nor any mention on the exterior of the box. I registered the weather station and attempted to notify AcuRite that the adapter was not included (the box had not been previously opened). Attempts on Monday 8/20 on their "Chat" line were advised that they had so many agents busy and they would get back to me when they had a chance. I wonder, if they have that many calls, is their product worth it?
