I worked there briefly. As an employee it was not bad but as a sales guy it was a lot of time dealing with customer service. Way too many things out of my control. Great people that try.

I signed up for Birch (now Fusion?) Aug 30 2019 I have used them yrs ago.. Install was to be Fri 9/13 ha jokes on me .. no show, cant reach anyone til Mon. Sure am glad this happened now vs after they had my money WHEW

There was an urgent need to take my wife to the Ophthalmologist, or as Oftamaloga wisely says now! We sat down for 3 hours waiting to look at and drop the drops at the end, Freimane probably just does it like he writes the drops, because some time ago there were problems with the eye, Mrs. Freimane also prescribed the drops and determined if it didn't be better to drive again in a week! The pain didn't go away, I drove to Melbourne and looked at me and it turned out that the lash was growing on the inside and the door in the eyeball! And I was shocked that it was not noticed, because that is one of the possible reasons! And in a week I could only have worse, bigger problems. Maybe something should be changed at Devonport Polyclinic! Because such a mess has never been seen by an eye doctor!
