I purchased a new pair of glasses on October 8, 2020 at the Fayetteville, NY visiovworks. I was told they would be ready by Oct. 22 but they would call me when they are available. Today is Nov. 13 and I have not received a call. I tried to contact them and was on hold for 30 minutes at which time, my call was transferred to another visionworks location. It would have been nice if the call transferred over after 10 minutes or less. There are no appointments available for at least 9 days . All this other location could do was to email the Fayetteville. Not impressed with Visionworks service so Next year I plan to order glasses from another vendor. User's recommendation: Go to LensCrafters.
