Customer service in fraud dept.

I have made 5 call to the number in and email sent by Capital One on a new credit card, and they tell me there is a fraud alert, and after all these calls, and 20-40 minute waits each call, they can not give an answer to any of my questions, and specifically what these fraud alerts are (?). I have other Capitol One acct's., and have never had to deal with customer service before, but this customer service is terrible. The biggest problem is that they are in the Philippines do not completely speak English or understand English, and Cap. One apparently doesn't have a center in the U.S.A.. Don't waste your time.!!!!

If you are actual Representative of Capital One you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
