This particular hotel location acted at 139-01 Archer Avenue, Queens, NY 11434 has the worst customer service I have ever experienced along with booking.com. I booked a room for one night stay and due to unforeseen circumstances 10 minutes later I called them and explained my issue to cancel the room and they were very uncooperative. Both parties the hotel as well as booking.com I have never seen so many reviews for a hotel so horrible and the people are right. No one should stay at this hotel. I really would like a refund.
