Customer service closed on weekends, failed to ship on time

I paid for expedited shipping via Federal Express. I discovered on a Friday afternoon after 5:00pm central time that the order wasn't filled in time and the shipment will be 3 days late. Live customer service by phone is closed on the weekends and there is no one monitoring their website in real time. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
