Customer Service Awful

TForce Freight sent me an invoice for a shipment that was not related to me. I didn't ship it. I didn't receive it. My name and address are not on the BOL or the Delivery Receipt. I've now told their customer service team 5 times that I will not be paying this invoice. I even contacted the shipper and had them write an email confirming that I'm not involved with this shipment. Yet TForce still can't figure out why I'm upset, but keep telling me the charge is valid. I asked to speak to the manager, and he/she is just as oblivious. You can't just send invoices to random people. I can't tell if this is predatory or mass incompetence.M User's recommendation: Stay Away.
