Tesla's web-site is practically non-existence. I have tried to contact them via chat, left messages on the web-site but no one responds. I ordered Tesla Model X and the delivery is postponed from March to end of June possibly. I want to return the charger and no one responds. I am discounted with the Tesla Idea due to customer service at this point but I am stuck with a charger. User's recommendation: Run from Tesla.
