Customer service and the lack of professionalism

There is 2 times now that I have talked to a specific rep that has basically told me to shut up. Now I am a 40 year old woman, I was trying both times to talk not upset nothing I was only in the middle of a sentence, and basically it has to be the way to cut someone off.. Her exact words if you stop and let me talk, I was in the middle of asking a question. Both times this has happened, leading me to only want to deal with payment options that are online because I have ptsd and eplipsey, and when I am yellled at unfortunatly I have severe seizures because of this, I would of also used the online or automated serive however it wont allow me to pay any of it, its either all or nothing you have no option to change what the amount that you want your card charged
